Manoeuvrable

  • "I used to dread parking in this city. Not anymore!"

Parks like a car Drives like a car
  • Pick a spot, any spot

Park where you want to. How's that sound? Amazingly, this compact 7-seater is only about 5cm (2 inches) longer than our small sedan, Cruze – the 2011 AJAC Car of the Year. That's because Orlando rides on the same versatile platform. And that's because we know there's a big difference between finding a parking space, and actually being able to pull into it.
  • Drives like it's small

Orlando doesn't just park small, it drives small. Whether you're darting in, out and about the city or traveling along the highway, you'll be nimble, quick, confident and comfortable thanks to standard driver-assisting features like Traction Control, Anti-lock Brakes and Stabilitrak® Electronic Stability Control.

Fuel Efficient

  • "I don't know about you, but I love passing gas stations."

    6.7 L/100km (hwy) 174 hp ECOTEC engine
  • 6.7 L/100KM (HWY)*. Money in the bank, not in the tank.

Smart, innovative design and fuel-saving technologies like Direct Injection and Variable Valve Timing help give Orlando the best highway fuel efficiency of any 7-seater.* Because that's the bottom line, isn't it? Gas can be expensive, so let's use less and keep the money where it belongs – in your purses and wallets.
  • Efficient, capable, reliable

Here are a few numbers and words that may or may not mean something you. 174 hp, ECOTEC® 2.4L DOHC 4-cylinder engine. All those things mean Orlando's engine is both very capable and very efficient – made even more so with an available 6-speed manual transmission.

Flexible

  • "I've got all kinds of stuff packed in there... reminds me of my schedule."

Versatile seating for 7 Convenient storage solutions
  • Have options, will travel

Orlando exemplifies how innovative design can transform the idea of an ordinary family vehicle into a completely new experience for drivers and passengers. Second row seats tumble-fold for easy access to the 3rd row, while seats fold independently or together. Take your family, take your stuff, or any combination in between.
  • Toy box or toolbox

A hard-working family vehicle needs plenty of places to put things. Orlando is here to help with loads of spots to stash, store and secure all those things that tend to pile up. You'll find handy compartments everywhere – in the centre console, rear cargo area, doors and even behind the radio.

Connected

  • "I'm always in touch in my Orlando. I'm always in touch WITH my Orlando. How cool is that?"

USB, Bluetooth® & satellite radio OnStar & myChevrolet app
  • A Truly Mobile Device

Alongside SiriusXM Satellite RadioTM, you'll find USB and Bluetooth® connectivity available to you in your Orlando. So let's say you can't find what you want on satellite (doubtful, but anything's possible), you'll always be able to plug in your own music – all while safely communicating hands-free and eyes front with Bluetooth.
  • OnStar On-the-Go

While OnStar† keeps you safely connected inside your vehicle with services like Automatic Crash Response, Navigation, Roadside Assistance and Hands-Free Calling, the new myChevrolet mobile app goes even further. Right from your smartphone, you can: search the owners' manual, find your parking spot, start the engine, unlock the doors, check the tire pressure, analyze fuel consumption…and a whole lot more.

Safe

  • "There are a lot of drivers on the road. And they're not all ."

Safety you expect Safety you don't expect
  • Safety is expected

Orlando is full of features and technologies to help keep you, and those with you, safe and sound. Second row seats are equipped with a Child Safety Seat LATCH System while drivers and passengers throughout the vehicle are thoroughly protected by six standard airbags; twin front, side and curtain. It's also reassuring to know that the 2012 Orlando earned a Five-Star Euro NCAP Safety Rating.**
  • Safety is unexpected

There are so many safety features working behind the scenes in Orlando. If a collision does occur, the high strength steel frame effectively forms a safety cage for everyone. Sensors are in place to make sure the doors are unlocked to help emergency service people get inside. The driver's pedals will release away from the legs to avoid lower body injuries. And of course there's OnStar®.

Unique Features

  • "So many added little perks – like that mommy mirror. Just smart."

Conversation mirror Radio storage Theatre seating Headrests for all
  • Eyes in the back of your head

Keep tabs on any backseat rambunction with Orlando's pop-down Child-View Mirror, affectionately referred to by moms (and dads) everywhere as the "Mommy Mirror."
  • Keep it secret. Keep it safe.

This feature is getting all the attention! Lift up Orlando’s radio faceplate and you'll find more than a USB port. You'll find lots of hidden room for phones, wallets, spare keys, etc.
  • Sit back and enjoy the show

Chevrolet designers worked very hard to ensure the 2nd and 3rd row seats are more elevated, respectively, to give your passengers a better view of their surroundings without compromising headroom.
  • A rest for every head

Not just for individual comfort, but safety as well, every Orlando passenger has their very own headrest.
