When you call the GM Roadside Assistance hotline, you'll reach a trained advisor at our 24-hour Roadside Assistance Centre. With access to a computerized national network, your advisor will determine the most appropriate assistance for your situation.
We can serve you most promptly if you have the correct information at hand:
- Your vehicle identification number which is on the left side of the windshield at the cowl or on the vehicle ownership permit
- Your name and address
- A phone number where we can reach you
- The model and description of your vehicle
- Your present odometer reading
- Your licence plate number
- The present location of your vehicle
- A description of your vehicle's problem
We cover the cost of the service call on a "sign and drive away" basis. However, Roadside Assistance does not pay for repairs.
