High level exhilaration

And Chevrolet was proud to once again be part of bringing it all to you – the largest celebration of snow-driven athleticism and music in North America.

The boarding and skiing were consistently awesome, wrapping up with the AFP World Championship Big Air eventon April 23rd, where world-class freestyler Bobby Browntook the grand prize – which just happened to be a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze with RS package.

Away from the snow, thousands of attendees enjoyed fashion shows, interactive zones, video competitions, visual arts, loads of parties – and fifty free concerts. From Broken Social Scene to Dilated Peoples, Brasstronaut to Swollen Members, audiences were thoroughly rocked throughout the event. Check out video of just some of the action!

At the crowd favourite Chevrolet Zone, some really talented local DJs offered up incredible beats throughout the day and well into the night, while graffiti artists turned the hoods of four Camaros into live art. Thousands of people got Chevrolet bandanas. And everyone got the chance to get up close and personal with some hot new Chevrolet vehicles, like Equinox, Sonic, Volt and Camaro Convertible – and get in some test drives, too.

And if you missed it this year, be sure to get yourself to Whistler for next year’s TELUS World Ski and Snowboard Festival. It’s sure to be even better.
