- Ed Whitacre, New Chairman of General Motors
Today, we're putting it all on the table, and inviting you to put us to the test - against anyone. We're so confident in our new vehicles that if you buy any 2009 or 2010 Chevrolet, and you're not 100% happy, return it. As long as you return your vehicle between 30 and 60 days, and you've driven less than 4,000 kilometres, we'll take it back.
Purchase a new eligible 2009 or 2010 Chevrolet vehicle between September 14, 2009 and January 12, 2010, and qualify for the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program.
Drive the vehicle for a minimum of 30 days after your delivery date. If after the initial 30 days of ownership you are not completely satisfied with your new GM vehicle and have driven 4,000 kilometres or less, you can return the eligible vehicle to the original selling dealer up to the 60th day of ownership.
Return the vehicle to the original selling dealer. The dealer and customer complete the appropriate documentation for submission to GMCL (including a vehicle inspection to ensure the vehicle has no more than $200 damage). The dealer will provide the customer the appropriate reimbursement, which includes a usage fee based on kilometres driven. See Terms & Conditions for complete program details.
So put us up against anyone. May the best car win.
