Kevin W. Williams was appointed President and Managing Director of GM Canada Limited on April 1, 2010 and has overall responsibility for all General Motors operations in Canada.

Prior to his current assignment, Williams served as GM Vice President and General Manager, Service and Parts Operations, effective December 1, 2008. In this position, he oversaw all GM Global Aftersales business, and served as Chairman and Global Process Leader for the GM Automotive Aftermarket Strategy Board (AASB).

Williams was appointed President and Managing Director of GM de Mexico, effective August 1, 2006. He served as Assistant Managing Director and Manufacturing Director, GM de Mexico from June 2005 and as GM North America Vice President of Quality from May 2003. Williams served as a member of the GM North America Strategy Board from May 2003 through June 2009.

Prior assignments included positions as Global Executive Director, Supplier Quality, Development, and Supplier Diversity for Worldwide Purchasing (2000) and Executive Director, Supplier Quality and Development for GM Europe with responsibilities spanning 22 countries and 1,500 employees (1997).

Williams began his GM career in 1983 as a reliability analyst at Buick City in Flint, Michigan. In 1989, he became the General Supervisor of Production at the Lansing Craft Centre in Lansing, Michigan, and in 1991, he was appointed Program Readiness Manager for GM's EV1 electric vehicle program.

In 1993, he became a Reliability Engineer with the former North America Truck Group. In 1995, he became the Assistant Production Superintendent at the Janesville Assembly Plant in Janesville, Wisconsin, and in 1996 he was promoted to Area Manager of General Assembly.

Williams was born in 1961 and raised in Lexington Park, Maryland. He earned a Bachelor's degree in business management from Tennessee State University in 1983 and a Master's degree in business administration from Central Michigan University in 1989. In 2002, Williams completed the GM Senior Executive Development Program.

Williams currently serves as a board member for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). He was a member of the Genesys Health System Board of Trustees, Genesys Health System Safety and Quality Committee as well as a Director of Genesee County Michigan Regional Chamber of Commerce and Director of Automotive Youth Educational Systems, Inc., Executive Board. He was Chairman of the Black United Fund of Michigan Funding Board 2004-2005, Chairman of the GM African Ancestry Network 2003-2005 and Chairman, Board of Directors, S.A.E. - A World In Motion from 2003-2005. In 2010, Williams received the "Trailblazer Award" at the Automotive Symposium from the Rainbow PUSH Coalition and Citizenship Education Fund for innovative leadership and commitment to workplace diversity. He also continues to support his alma mater, Tennessee State University, by serving on the Executive Board of the TSU Foundation and is the GM Key Executive Liaison to the university.

Vice President, Sales, Service and Marketing,

John P. Roth holds a Bachelor's degree from Albion College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.

John began his career with General Motors in 1991, serving in a number of field sales and marketing capacities until June of 2003. At this point, he transitioned to a senior staff role with Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing, supporting multiple GM Vice Presidents. He remained in this role until September of 2005 when he was promoted to the Chevrolet advertising position where he launched the all new Silverado, Avalanche and the FlexFuel campaign. In February 2007, he was promoted to Director of Sales for HUMMER and in 2008 he became Director of Sales Operations for Cadillac, HUMMER and Saab in Detroit, Michigan. In April 2011, John was appointed to the position of Cadillac Regional Director and was responsible for leading the South Central Cadillac field organization and dealers.

John was appointed to his current position of Vice President, Sales, Service & Marketing effective August 1, 2013, and at the same time appointed to the Board of Directors at General Motors of Canada.

Neil J. Macdonald

Vice President Corporate Affairs, General Counsel

and Secretary, General Motors of Canada

Neil J. Macdonald holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa.

Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1982, Macdonald initially practiced Civil Litigation and was a part-time Assistant Crown Attorney. He joined GM Canada in December 1984 as an Assistant Counsel on the Legal Staff. In 1987, he joined the Tax Staff and in addition to his responsibility for managing property and commodity tax matters, he was appointed Tax Counsel. In 1992, he was appointed Manager of Government Relations, Marketing and Trade Policy and also served as Counsel on Corporate Law. In these positions, Macdonald has worked in a variety of capacities, including Counsel to General Motors Acceptance Corporation in Canada and Motors Insurance Corporation and as a member of the board of directors of Volvo GM Canada Heavy Truck Corporation. In 1994 he was appointed Senior Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors of GM Canada.

Macdonald was appointed to the General Motors of Canada Board of Directors and named to the position of Vice President and General Counsel, effective September 1, 1995. On May 15, 2009, Macdonald assumed responsibility for Corporate Affairs, which includes Government and Public Relations.

Macdonald has volunteered with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. He has coached ringette and hockey in Thornhill and remains active in hockey and golf.

Jeff Rolfs
Ines Craviotto

Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer,

GM of Canada Limited

Ines was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GM of Canada Limited on May 1, 2014 and has overall responsibility for the finance, treasury, tax and accounting activities.

Ines began her career in General Motors in 2001 at the New York Treasurer's Office and held several positions with increasing responsibilities until 2006, when she was promoted to Director of Foreign Exchange and Commodities. Ines also held positions as Director of Overseas Finance and Director of Business Development.

In 2010 Ines was appointed Chief Financial Officer in Mexico, responsible for all the financial operations for General Motors Mexico, as well as sales to Central America and Caribbean dealers.

Ines holds a degree in Business Administration and Public Accountant from the Catholic University of Argentina and has an MBA from Harvard University.
